Fear of Death: How to be free from this bondage!

Posted by GFNSProductions on October 9, 2021 at 8:05 PM Comments comments ()
Do you have a fear of dying? Be honest. If so, has this fear crippled you at times from enjoying life? Fear of death is indeed a source of bondage for those who succumb to it; yet, true belief in God and hope in the resurrection frees us from that fear. Knowing that all things work together for the good of those who love God, we can rest assured that our lives are in his hands. (Romans 8:28) Thus, when it??s our time to leave this earth, we know that it is only when our Heavenly Father allows i... Read Full Post »

Posted by GFNSProductions on June 4, 2021 at 11:55 PM

Likely, you may have asked yourself the same question. There are a lot of different opinions with respect to this often debated and something uncomfortable topic; however, most would be shocked when they actually find out what the word of God says on this matter. As such, we will be exploring different passages starting from the old testament and working our way to the new testament. For only then can we get a full picture on this topic.

Richies Plank Experience Virtual Reality Game review

I liked this game until I realized how demonic in nature it is. By fooling individuals into thinking that they are actually in that top story, then suggesting that they jump off, they may possibly desensitize individuals to the thought of suicide. (Matthew 4:5-7) Highly discourage this game for individuals facing emotional issues and/or youngsters. Worst yet, I did not realize the serious of these issues until I let my 9 & 5 years old play this game. I can not begin to tell you how this has affe... Read Full Post »

Tenet - Movie Review /Parable

Posted by GFNSProductions on December 19, 2020 at 3:10 AM Comments comments ()
Just watched this movie Tenet and, without giving away any spoilers, it really had me thinking about the topic of eternity and free will. I often think about how God views us from the vantage point of eternity. (Romans 9:14-26) Knowing the end from the beginning, God maneuvers events around for the benefits of those who love Him because He already saw who those individuals would be from His perspective looking back. (Romans 8:28) Even us! In fact, He loved us so much that He stepped into... Read Full Post »

Jesus Loves His Body

Posted by GFNSProductions on May 2, 2020 at 10:05 PM Comments comments ()
When we feel pain in our body (whether it be heart ache, a broken hand, stubbed toe), that does not make us hate our body does it? We are not going to stab our heart If it hurts us will we? We are not going to cut our hand or toe off it I s broken or in pain will we? Rather we care for it and try to sooth/heal the injured part so as to bring comfort to the whole body. In the same way, we are Jesus body. Thus, He feels our pain when we our hurt. At times, we may even cause Him pain. Still, H... Read Full Post »

Are you willing to risk everything?

Proverbs 4:7 says: “Wisdom is supreme. Get wisdom. Yes, though it costs all your possessions, get understanding.”

In some cases, getting understanding may cost you all of your possessions. I remember so many times that I had to abandon plans that I expanded so much energy and resources to build after finding out that it was not God’s will. In fact, even Jesus said, "Anyone who puts a hand to the plow and then looks back is not fit for the...

The Name of God

I love Jehovah’s witnesses but I must sadly say that they are somewhat misguided. I say this honestly and with keen understanding because I actually used to be one. However, eventually we had to part ways based on differences in beliefs.

For one, they considered all other churches (i.e. Christendom) as an integral part of Babylon the Great (Revelations 17:5) which is believed to be the world empire of false religion. However, this is based on some failures in the...

Be Humble

Posted by GFNSProductions on June 16, 2017 at 7:20 AM Comments comments ()

Oftentimes, we as christians have the tendency to think: "I can sin a little, cause the majority of my conduct is good; therefore, the clean outweighs the stink." This reasoning may be found in us whether we are new believers or Christians that have known the Lord for awhile. When we use the sins in our former life as a comparison to justify the sins we commit now in Christ, we fail to realize how much of a destructive power even a little sin may have in our lives. For as it is written in the...

Just ain't cool with Jesus...

Posted by GFNSProductions on June 16, 2014 at 3:40 AM Comments comments ()

I had an interesting conversation with my cousin today on the topic of religion, sin, and other terms/obstacles that hinder some of us from coming to know God more intimately. As a result, I have decided to make these topics the subject of this and upcoming blogs as they are probably one of the most controversial, if not the most common, reasons why people say they just can't be cool with Jesus.

First of all, who is this man we call ...
